In accordance with Portuguese Law 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform consumers about the entities they may resort to for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
ADR entities
You can find the updated list of Portuguese Alternative Dispute Resolution entities at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
In case of a dispute, you may resort to a territorially or sectorally competent entity, in particular CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo.
