2. Data we collect

Contact details you voluntarily provide through our forms: name, email, phone and the content of the messages or requests sent.

Data related to holiday-rental pre-booking requests: name, email, phone, requested dates, number of guests and remarks.

Billing and payment data associated with confirmed bookings, handled by qualified service providers (Stripe for card payments; bank transfers identified by IBAN). We never store card data in our systems.

Technical navigation data strictly required for the site to work.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to information requests, commercial contacts and property leads, based on consent and legitimate interest.

Managing pre-bookings, bookings and stays, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.

Compliance with legal and tax obligations, including invoicing, accounting retention and guest reporting to the Portuguese immigration authority when applicable.

Fraud prevention and platform security, legitimate interest.

4. Retention

Leads and information requests: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Bookings and invoicing: for the applicable statutory period (as a rule, 10 years for tax purposes).

Unconverted pre-booking requests: up to 12 months.

5. Recipients and processors

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., card payment processing.

Cloud infrastructure and transactional email provider used to send confirmations.

Public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell or share personal data for third-party marketing.

6. International transfers

Some processors may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as data portability and to withdraw consent, without prejudice to processing already carried out.
