1. Identification

Dinastia Absoluta, Lda, a Portuguese legal entity, engaged in the acquisition, renovation and sale of real estate and in short-stay accommodation.

2. Real estate, buying and selling

Property information and images shown on the site are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Any transaction is formalised through its own document, under Portuguese law.

3. Short stays, pre-booking

Submitting the form constitutes a non-binding pre-booking request, subject to availability confirmation by Dinastia Absoluta.

We have 24 hours to accept or reject the request. If we do not reply within that window, the request expires.

If accepted, you will receive by email a secure link to complete the payment. The booking becomes firm and the dates are blocked in your name only once payment is completed.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe, under PCI DSS security standards. We do not store card data.

Alternatively, we accept bank transfer to the IBAN provided on the payment page. The booking will be marked as paid upon confirmation of the received amount.

5. Cancellation policy

The specific cancellation and refund conditions are presented before each booking is confirmed and sent by email. [TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT, final cancellation conditions.]

6. Guest obligations

The guest agrees to use the accommodation responsibly, respecting house rules, neighbours and night rest, and to immediately report any damage.

7. Liability

Dinastia Absoluta is not liable for interruptions arising from force majeure or for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site.

8. Governing law

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the district of Dinastia Absoluta's registered office shall have jurisdiction, waiving any other.
